   We will contract with other insurance providers as needed.

   We also contract with a number of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). 

   Please contact your employer's human resource office to determine

   your EAP benefits. 

   We cannot accept Medicare, Medicare HMO's, or Medicare

   supplements through Clarksville Counseling Center.

   If you have Medicare, a Medicare HMO or a Medicare supplement

   and wish to receive services you will be required to pay out of pocket

   for services.
