Ashley Terry LPC
Ashley Terry moved to Clarksville and began employment as a Resident in Counseling at Clarksville Counseling Center in January 2011.
Currently she divides her time between Rivermont School Chase City and Clarksville Counseling Center. At Rivermont School Chase City, she provides individual and group counseling for children and adolescents.
While practicing part-time at Clarksville Counseling Center, she provides indivdual, family and marital counseling for individuals of all ages. She treats a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relapse prevention, stress management, childhood issues and marital issues.
Before beginning work at Clarksville Counseling Center, Ashley served as a Mental Health Counselor at Rivermont Schools in Roanoke and Lexington from 2006 through 2011. During that time she provided crisis intervention, social skills lessons and support for children within these private day schools.
She obtained a B.S. in Human Services from Old Dominion University in December 2006 and her M.A. in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in August 2011. She completed her internship for her master's program with Family Preservation services while working as an in-home counselor in the summer of 2011. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and obtained her LPC in October 2014.
